Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins

STEP 1:
Sear the mushrooms in O.G Ghee at very high heat. Season to taste.

STEP 2:
Once all the water is evaporated, transfer into bowl and set aside.

STEP 3:
Spread URB'N Garlic Ghee on both sides of the bread and grill on a pan until golden brown on each side. 

STEP 4:
Evenly distribute the mushrooms on the toasted slices.

STEP 5:
Add a spoonful of Pickled Challas (and fried egg) on top. 

STEP 6:
Enjoy!
