Our flagship product — the Grand Daddy of Ghee if you will.

This recipe is made with butter that is sourced from Canadian farmers, through farmer-owned cooperatives. 

OG GHEE is deliciously caramelized, lactose free, and has a high smoke point (485F). This makes it exceptionally versatile for pretty much anything you use it for!

HOW TO USE

• Sear your Steaks/meat with it
• Fry your eggs, mushrooms and potatoes in it
• Spread it on toast, banana bread, English muffins etc.
• Use as a base for sauces like hollandaise, bernaise, etc. 
• Saute and stir fry your veggies
• Roast chicken and hardy veg like broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven
• Pop your popcorn directly in ghee because of its high smoke point!
