This recipe is made with butter that is sourced from Canadian farmers, through farmer-owned cooperatives.
OG GHEE is deliciously caramelized, lactose free, and has a high smoke point (485F). This makes it exceptionally versatile for pretty much anything you use it for!
HOW TO USE
- Sear your Steaks/meat with it
- Fry your eggs, mushrooms and potatoes in it
- Spread it on toast, banana bread, English muffins etc.
- Use as a base for sauces like hollandaise, bernaise, etc.
- Saute and stir fry your veggies
- Roast chicken and hardy veg like broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven
- Pop your popcorn directly in ghee because of its high smoke point!
