Using 100% local Canadian ingredients, this ghee is a play on the traditional “Herb and Garlic” flavours often found in dairy products.
By slow infusing Alberta Red Russian Garlic, and BC herbs, such as Rosemary and Thyme, we’ve created a savoury ghee that is to DIE FOR!
HOW TO USE
- Saute Veggies
- Fry your eggs in it
- Toss freshly drained pasta in it
- Roast potatoes, or root veg in it
- Brush on a piece of resting steak
- Spread on toast for instant garlic bread
