Ghee French Toast

Mise En Place

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Milk of your choice - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 1 egg
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Fruit of choice
  • Syrup of choice
  • O.G. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • M.C. Ghee

Method

  1. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon together.
  2. Melt the O.G. Ghee on your pan. 
  3. Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the egg-milk mixture and fry in the hot pan. 
  4. Once both sides are golden brown, spread M.C. Ghee on both sides and take off the heat. 
  5. Top with your fruit and syrup of choice.
