Ghee French Toast

Mise En Place
- Bread - 4 slices
- Milk of your choice - 1 cup
- Eggs - 1 egg
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Fruit of choice
- Syrup of choice
- O.G. Ghee - 1 tbsp
- M.C. Ghee
Method
- Whisk milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon together.
- Melt the O.G. Ghee on your pan.
- Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the egg-milk mixture and fry in the hot pan.
- Once both sides are golden brown, spread M.C. Ghee on both sides and take off the heat.
- Top with your fruit and syrup of choice.
